Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider setting preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, expanding responsibilities, and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Meet and exceed client satisfaction through reviews and surveys.
• Manage recruitment teams to meet fill rate and KPIs.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership.
