Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will drive strategic direction, manage daily recruitment activities, and ensure program KPIs and SLAs are met while expanding client partnerships.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, presenting reviews, maintaining high client satisfaction, and leading recruitment teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop strong client relationships.
• Build relationships with HR and Operations to understand client needs and drive growth.
• Present monthly/quarterly reviews to Directors/VPs (QBR/QPR).
• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temp and perm).
• Lead recruitment teams and ensure effective execution in fast-paced environments.
