Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive strategic, long-term evolution of client programs. You will lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities, align with client KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success.

In this role, you will grow and retain accounts, price and sell services, and maintain strong client relationships. You will report to senior leadership and work in a fast-paced environment across our U.S. programs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience in the service provider industry are required.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building effective relationships with HR and Operations to drive business growth.
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels demonstrated via surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts through professional associations and networking groups.
• Prepare and present quarterly business/performance reviews to senior leadership.
• Price and sell services, manage renewals, and optimize fill rates and time-to-fill.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, reporting and interpreting trends for continuous improvement.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations to strengthen partnerships.
• Escalate issues with Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR managers as needed.
