Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and building a collaborative partnership. You will be responsible for the strategic evolution of the client program and daily recruitment/fulfillment activities to drive KPI performance and high client satisfaction.

Success means leading teams to improve fill rates, time-to-fill, and NPS scores while representing Adecco as a trusted partner and brand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and meeting KPIs/SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in client settings.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and lead recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through deep client engagement.
• Create and develop effective relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell services for conversions, temporary and perm placements.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries, roles, and competition.
