Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and the initial escalation point for client questions. You will drive long-term evolution of the client program, align with business objectives, and lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will expand client relationships, price and sell staffing services, and position teams for continued success while upholding values and delivering client-centric service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in group and one-on-one settings.
• Strong ability to build client relationships and networks.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office and adaptability to new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain key client accounts through strong relationships.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services including temporary and permanent placements.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive process improvements.
• Understand client business, culture, and staffing needs.
