Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and align with the client’s objectives. You will oversee daily recruitment and fulfillment, track KPIs, and build collaborative partnerships to sustain success.

In this role, you will lead a team, maintain strong client relationships, and present regular performance reviews to senior leadership. You will also be responsible for pricing services and ensuring contract compliance across the account.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and address questions or concerns.
• Manage recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop relationships with client contacts (HR, Operations) to foster growth.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (Director/VP).
• Maintain client satisfaction through surveys and reviews; drive high NPS scores.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements) where appropriate.
