Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to lead the strategic evolution of client accounts. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, drive KPI performance, and cultivate collaborative partnerships aligned with the client’s business objectives.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, and presenting performance reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience in service provider/consulting environments preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, expanded responsibilities, and strong client relationships.
• Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments; able to drive performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to senior leaders and clients.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to VP or Director.
• Manage recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Coordinate with clients to align staffing with business objectives and culture.
