Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs in the United States. This role focuses on growing and retaining accounts, leading recruitment activities, and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met to drive client success.

You will prepare and present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, build strong client relationships across HR and Operations, and position teams for ongoing success in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts and develop relationships with key client contacts.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Manage daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and drive client-centric service.
