Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and driving a collaborative partnership. The role includes overseeing recruitment activities, KPI tracking, and day-to-day client service excellence.

You will build strong client relationships, manage a recruitment team, and lead quarterly business reviews while ensuring services are priced and delivered to meet client expectations and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred in a service provider environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs.
• Oversee daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and KPI measurement.
• Maintain client relationships with HR and Operations, driving growth and retention.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to senior leaders.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements) where appropriate.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; monitor credit references and client budgets.
• Lead and develop recruitment teams to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.
