Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and driving a collaborative partnership. This role oversees strategic, long-term evolution, daily recruitment activities, and KPI-driven performance across programs.

The Onsite Manager will build relationships with client HR/Operations, manage a recruitment team, and ensure high client satisfaction, while positioning teams for ongoing success and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced settings.
• Skill in establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through strong client relationships.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp, and perm placements.
• Lead and develop recruitment teams to meet KPIs and fill targets.
• Report on data trends and performance against client expectations.
