Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs in Worton, MD. You will lead daily recruitment activities, align with client objectives, and drive a collaborative partnership.

You will build relationships with HR and operations, monitor KPIs, present quarterly business reviews, manage a recruitment team, and ensure service levels and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth and understand each client's needs.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placement.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, client needs, and market competition.
