Job summary

The Adecco Group in Maryland is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to align with the client's business objectives.

You will oversee daily recruitment and fulfillment, manage KPIs and SLAs, and grow the client partnership through strategic planning, reporting, and service excellence.

This role emphasizes recruitment leadership, strong communication, and the ability to price and sell services while maintaining high NPS scores.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Ability to lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leaders.
• Manage daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placement.
• Grow accounts and retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time to fill.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership activities.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
