Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with client objectives and driving long-term strategic evolution. You will manage daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and lead a team to deliver results while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Build strong client relationships, price and sell services, and ensure service levels and retention while expanding accounts across industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and client relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point for client questions.
• Drive strategic evolution of client program with KPI/SLAs tracking.
• Lead recruitment activities and manage a team to meet fill rate goals.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and maintain strong client relationships.
