Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels as evidenced by surveys and reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell workforce solutions and manage client programs to optimize KPIs.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time-to-fill efficiencies.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership activities.
• Gain a clear understanding of client business, staffing needs, and expectations.
