Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and guide the strategic evolution of the client relationship. You will align staffing solutions with the client’s objectives, oversee daily recruitment activities, and drive performance against KPIs.

You will lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong client networks, and continuously improve processes while delivering exceptional service in partnership with the client.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and managing client relationships.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting practices and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Meet and maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business and performance reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services and maximize fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and lead a recruitment team.
