Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and align with the client’s objectives. You will drive the strategic, long-term evolution of the client program and oversee daily recruitment and fulfillment activities.

You will manage relationships with HR and Operations, monitor KPIs, price and sell services, and lead the recruitment team to ensure high client satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and account management.
• Experience managing recruitment teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and foster client growth.
• Build relationships with HR and Operations to understand needs.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs, review performance with leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Lead recruitment activities and team performance in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare reporting and analyze trends to improve outcomes.
