Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact and strategic driver for client programs. You will lead recruitment activities, manage performance against KPIs, and build strong, lasting relationships with HR and operations teams.

You will also be responsible for retentive growth, pricing services, and aligning activities with client objectives while embodying Adecco’s values and brand. This role emphasizes collaborative leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop effective client relationships.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placement).
• Manage recruitment team in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Operate with knowledge of Adecco Group's service portfolio and pricing.
