Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact and driver of strategic, long-term program success. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and lead teams to align with the client’s objectives across our workforce solutions.

You will build strong client relationships, manage a recruiting team in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the company values while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building effective client relationships (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, market share, and competition.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while driving innovation in processes and policies.
