Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs and to drive the evolution of the client portfolio. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and build collaborative partnerships aligned with the client’s business objectives.

In this role you will grow and retain accounts, price and sell services, and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive management of relationships, performance reviews, and ongoing process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage KPI/SLA.

Responsibilities

• Grow & retain accounts by building strong client relationships.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leaders.
• Price and sell services including conversions and permanent placements.
• Manage recruitment teams and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Understand client business and program expectations.
