Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by developing strong client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements) and manage KPIs/SLAs.
• Lead recruitment activities and manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership and drive program growth.
