Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and lead strategic, long-term evolution of the client program. You will drive daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and position teams for ongoing success with client objectives.

You will build relationships with client stakeholders, manage a recruitment team, and partner with leadership to deliver high-quality workforce solutions across conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and manage client relationships.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
