Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for programs and oversee the strategic evolution of client services. You will direct daily recruitment activities, measure KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success with a focus on client retention and growth.

In this role you will build strong client networks, price services, and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs while leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and increasing responsibilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to successfully manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction – via surveys and business reviews.
• Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through associations and networking.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Adopt and demonstrate the Group’s core values in client-centric service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and high NPS scores.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership activities.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Build knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
• Strive for innovation through enhanced processes while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Plan to grow and retain existing accounts and new clients.
• Compose reporting and interpret data and trends.
