Job summary

ColonialWebb seeks an Account Manager with a mechanical engineering background or hands-on trade experience to drive service opportunities in the Richmond, VA area. You will coordinate sales and operations for service projects and renewals, estimating equipment replacements and retrofits, and build lasting client relationships to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or 2+ years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems
• Ability to manage customer relationships and expectations

Responsibilities

• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
• Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
• Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs
• Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes
