OTE for your first year expected to be $150k!**A day in the life:*** Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities* Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)* Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships* Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs* Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes**You should have:*** Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 + years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)* Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills* Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use* Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations**Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.**EOE M/W/Disability/Vets
