A leading financial services company is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a remote role based in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and at least two years of experience in customer service roles. This position involves assisting customers with account inquiries and requires effective communication skills along with the ability to maintain a secure working environment. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21 and great benefits.
