Job summary

ColonialWebb seeks an Account Manager with a mechanical engineering background or skilled trades to manage commercial service accounts in the Chantilly area. You will understand HVAC, electrical, and plumbing applications and interact with diverse teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or 2+ years mechanical experience in HVAC, plumbing or electrical.
• Knowledge of commercial service industries and client management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of commercial accounts.
• Prospect new customers and build territory while maintaining existing base.
• Support sales and operations for service projects and agreements.
• Lead estimating activities for mechanical service projects.
• Develop trusting customer relationships and grow them over time.
• Identify customer objectives and how our services fit their needs.
