Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background or 2+ years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities.
• Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (equipment replacements, retrofits, installations).
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships.
• Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs.
