Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement key account strategy and campaigns for a defined portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and drive cross-/upsell opportunities.
• Foster networks, monitor project delivery, and ensure quality across regions.
• Influence pricing, resourcing, and bid quality reviews while growing the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs to create targeted campaigns.
