Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to strengthen and expand relationships with key accounts in the U.S. energy sector. You will drive customer insight, campaign development, and cross-selling across our service portfolio.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align client needs with our Energy Systems strategy and ensure high-quality delivery across accounts in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing key accounts in energy/utilities sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute key account strategy and campaigns for target accounts.
• Strengthen customer relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities across services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs and projects.
• Monitor customer insights, market trends, and services to inform strategy.
• Support pricing decisions and contribute to annual operating plans.
