Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to strengthen and expand relationships with key accounts in the U.S. region.

You will lead an account team, develop value propositions for major clients in electric/power utilities, and align with the Energy Systems strategy. The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs, a focus on customer-centric growth, and a hybrid schedule based on office/client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in senior level business development in the energy utilities sector.
• 7+ years of Account Management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and 5% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop key account strategy and campaigns for Key Accounts and service portfolio.
• Manage a strategy to optimize customer experience and cross- and upselling across BAs, BUs, and services.
• Foster internal and external networks; strengthen customer relationships and collaboration regionally.
• Act as project sponsor for key projects and monitor delivery for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs to develop targeted campaigns.
