DNV Energy Systems North America seeks a Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to strengthen and grow relationships with key accounts in the energy sector, with a focus on customer-centricity and value propositions across the region. The role partners with Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs to shape strategy and drive customer outcomes.

The position is ideally based at our Oakland, CA office with a flexible hybrid schedule, typically three days per week in the office or at client

Responsibilities

• Strategy: contribute to key account strategy and develop campaigns for key accounts and service portfolio
• Relationship Management: build and strengthen customer relationships and collaborate across regions and business areas
• Sales Enablement: manage sales pipeline and influence pricing and resources
• Commercial: assist in proposals and annual operating planning
• Key Outputs: monitor CRSI score and drive top-line growth and cash flow
