Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America (ESNA) seeks a Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to strengthen relationships with key accounts and drive growth in electric/power utilities and demand side management. You will lead an account team, shape customer policy, and collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs.

Domestic travel up to 40% is expected; hybrid work is offered across multiple U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years senior-level business development in energy utilities.
• 7+ years account management experience.
• Strong network in energy utilities sector.
• Experience with electric/power utilities or demand side management.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Develop key account strategy and campaigns for Accounts and service portfolio.
• Manage cross-sell and up-sell with key accounts across BAs, BUs, and services.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs on campaigns.
• Lead project teams; monitor delivery to ensure quality and consistency.
• Influence pricing decisions and drive sales funnel growth.
• Foster collaboration across regions and Business Areas.
