Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile/Fixed Video and APX programs. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating global teams to streamline deployments, resolving escalations and delivering executive dashboards.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, regular leadership updates, and simplification of complex workflows, with travel up to 25% and a PMP/CSM/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional execution role within a large enterprise or complex tech/hardware environment.
• Operational Escalations experience (invoicing, billing resolution, order tracking).
• Hands-on experience building operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives linking Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and resolve billing, invoicing and service delivery issues.
• Design, construct, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards using Tableau, Jira, or Salesforce to track project health and metrics.
• Establish a cadence for weekly status updates, risk assessments and executive summaries.
• Facilitate deployment improvements in mobile/ fixed video and APX ecosystem with delivery teams.
• Analyze workflows to remove bottlenecks and design scalable internal processes.
