Zusammenfassung

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX programs. You will streamline complex implementations, orchestrate GTM rollouts, and create scalable internal workflows with APX CSAs to resolve escalations.

The role emphasizes executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and driving operational improvements with diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or higher degree required.
• Active PMP or CSM or Six Sigma certification required.
• 3–5 years of project management/operations experience in a large enterprise or tech/hardware environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to resolve billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery issues.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce to monitor project health and metrics.
• Provide weekly status updates and executive summaries to leadership.
• Drive GTM rollout planning and execution with stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and scale internal processes for enterprise growth.
