Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager in the U.S. to drive cross‑functional programs across mobile and fixed video, APX deployments, and GTM initiatives. You will partner with APX CSAs to resolve escalations, build executive dashboards, and deliver weekly leadership updates.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable process design within a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in project management or business operations within a large enterprise or tech environment.
• Operational Support: Experience supporting customer‑facing teams or escalations (invoicing, billing, order tracking).
• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to mobile/video surveillance or mission‑critical communications is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in enterprise PM tools, BI, and CRM platforms with dashboard experience.
• Execution & Reporting Mindset: Track record delivering GTM rollouts and executive updates.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to turn data into actionable stakeholder reports.
• Exceptional Collaboration: Strong influence and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Travel: Able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end cross‑functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and manage operational escalations like billing and service tracking.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor project health and throughput.
• Provide structured weekly status updates, risk assessments and executive summaries to leadership.
• Lead ecosystem deployment improvements with customer‑facing delivery teams.
• Plan and execute GTM rollouts with cross‑functional leaders.
• Analyze workflows to design scalable internal processes for growth.
