Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for a US remote role. You will drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX programs, bridging strategy and execution with dashboards and executive updates.

You will partner with CSAs to streamline processes, manage escalations, and enable scalable, data-driven operations. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of PM, business operations, or cross-functional execution in a large enterprise tech environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing teams or operational escalations (billing/invoicing/order tracking).
• Direct exposure to mobile/video or mission-critical communications domains is a plus.
• Proficiency with enterprise PM, BI, and CRM tools; building operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end management of cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Collaborate with APX CSAs to resolve complex billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery issues.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track project health, throughput, and ecosystem metrics using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Establish structured weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Lead GTM rollout planning and execution, ensuring prerequisites are met for product launches.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable internal processes for growth.
