Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional programs across Mobile/Fixed Video and APX ecosystems. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to streamline complex implementations and GTM rollouts.

You will partner with APX Customer Support Advocates to resolve escalations and deliver weekly status updates to executives, while building scalable internal workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or cross-functional execution in a large enterprise or tech/hardware environment.
• Operational support experience with customer-facing teams or escalations (invoicing, billing, order tracking).
• Exposure to mobile video, fixed video surveillance, or mission-critical communications; experience building operational dashboards with BI/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM of critical business ops initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to resolve customer-facing operational issues including billing and service delivery.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce to monitor project health and metrics.
• Establish weekly leadership status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Drive continuous improvement for complex ecosystem deployments in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Analyze workflows to remove bottlenecks and implement scalable internal processes.
