Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives for Mobile/Fixed Video and APX deployments. You will connect Services, Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations, resolving escalations and delivering executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 3–5 years in project management, business operations, or cross-functional roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing teams or escalations (billing, invoicing, order tracking).
• Direct exposure to mobile video, fixed video, or mission-critical comms preferred.
• Experience building operational dashboards with BI/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives linking Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and resolve operational escalations (billing, invoicing, licensing, service delivery).
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to track project health and throughput.
• Establish a cadence for weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Improve deployments of mobile/video ecosystems in partnership with delivery teams.
• Plan, track, and execute GTM rollouts with cross-functional leaders.
• Analyze workflows to design scalable internal processes supporting growth.
