Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager in the United States to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile and Fixed Video, APX mission-critical systems, and GTM rollouts. You will bridge strategy and execution, resolve escalations, and deliver weekly leadership updates.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder alignment, and scalable internal processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional execution role within a large enterprise or complex tech/hardware environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing resolution, order tracking).
• Hands-on experience building operational dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Jira, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and handle escalations related to billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery.
• Design, construct, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards to track project health and ecosystem metrics.
• Manage stakeholder communications with structured weekly status updates and executive summaries.
• Facilitate deployment improvements by collaborating with delivery teams to streamline workflows.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable internal processes.
