Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for US remote work to drive critical cross-functional programs spanning mobile video, fixed video, and APX deployments. You will bridge strategy and execution, streamline complex implementations, and lead GTM rollouts with executive visibility.

The role emphasizes building scalable internal processes, partnering with CSAs to resolve escalations, and delivering weekly leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM, business operations, or cross-functional execution in a large enterprise or complex tech/hardware environment.
• Operational support experience handling escalations (invoicing, billing, order tracking).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to resolve billing, invoicing, licensing and service delivery issues.
• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Provide structured weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to leadership.
• Lead GTM rollout planning and execution for product and feature launches.
• Identify bottlenecks in business workflows and design scalable processes for growth.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to continuously improve complex mobile and fixed video deployments.
