Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager in Wisconsin to drive cross-functional programs, bridge strategy and execution, and lead GTM rollouts for mobile and fixed video solutions. You will partner with APX CSAs to resolve escalations and deliver clear executive status dashboards.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management or operations within a large enterprise, plus certifications such as PMP/CSM or Six Sigma, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven project management, business operations, or cross-functional execution experience.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or handling operational escalations is preferred.
• Experience with GTM rollouts, technical implementations, and executive status communications.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional initiatives spanning Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to streamline billing, invoicing, licensing and service delivery processes.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce to track project health and metrics.
• Establish cadence for weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of mobile video, fixed video, and APX deployments with delivery teams.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable internal processes.
