Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager in the United States to drive cross-functional initiatives impacting Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX missions. You will bridge strategy and execution, streamline complex implementations, and deliver weekly leadership updates.

You will partner with APX CSAs, build executive dashboards, and lead governance for Go-To-Market rollouts, using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce, and Smartsheet in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of PM, operations, or cross-functional execution experience.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or operational escalations.
• Hands-on knowledge of BI and CRM tools (Tableau, Jira, Salesforce, Smartsheet).
• Track record in GTM rollouts, technical implementations, executive status comms.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and ability to work in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to streamline billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery issues.
• Design and maintain dynamic performance dashboards to track health and metrics.
• Establish structured cadence for weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Drive continuous improvement for complex deployments in mobility and video ecosystems.
• Analyze workflows to remove bottlenecks and deploy scalable internal processes.
