Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX customer programs. This remote United States role bridges strategy and execution, delivering weekly leadership updates and scalable internal processes.

You will work with APX CSAs to resolve billing and service issues, build dynamic dashboards, and orchestrate GTM rollouts with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active PMP or CSM or Six Sigma Certification required.
• Experience supporting Public Safety Agencies or Enterprise Security Operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
• Partner with APX CSAs to streamline billing, invoicing, licensing and service delivery issues.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira or Salesforce.
• Provide weekly status updates and executive summaries to leadership.
• Drive GTM rollout planning and track prerequisites for launches.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and deploy scalable internal processes for growth.
