Job summary

• Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementations and onboarding projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Excellent communication, change management, and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers in the Americas, coordinating plan, milestones, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, drive value, and ensure customer adoption and time-to-value.
• Travel up to 10% for strategic customer engagements is required.
