Ashby is seeking an Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers across the Americas. You will develop detailed implementation plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth path to value for new customers.

The role requires strong project management, deep SaaS product understanding, and a customer-centric mindset. You’ll join a remote-first team with opportunities for light travel to engage strategic customers

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting and travel <10% for strategic engagements.
• Strong customer-centric approach with proactive guidance throughout implementation.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans aligned with customer goals and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure onboarding milestones are met.
