Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for the Americas. Remote-friendly role supporting enterprise customers; you’ll own end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution, guiding projects from kickoff to value realization.

Work with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering to align on plans; travel <10% for strategic engagements; join a fast-growing, remote-first team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation projects concurrently.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting with travel <10% as needed.
• Strong understanding of configurable B2B SaaS products and integrations.
• Deep customer-centric approach and proactive guidance throughout implementation.
• Experience navigating change management and advising on best practices.
• Ability to think critically and improve processes based on opportunities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation and onboarding projects for enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure positive customer experience and value realization.
• Collaborate with customers to tailor implementations to their requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align progress and drive outcomes.
