Job summary

Ashby is seeking an Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for the Americas (EST) to lead end-to-end customer implementations in a remote-first, travel-light role. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to map and execute implementation plans for enterprise customers, delivering rapid value and strong adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple complex implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to travel <10% for strategic customer engagements.
• Deep understanding of configuring multi-step SaaS workflows and integrations.
• Experience with change management and customer-centric delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation across Ashby’s solution for Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans to ensure successful onboarding and time-to-value.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and proactive guidance during the rollout.
