Ashby is hiring a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers. You will manage about 15 active projects at once, each lasting 4–8 weeks, and work directly with customers to design and execute plans that drive value.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure customer success, speed to value, and ongoing adoption.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Able to travel <10% for customer engagements.
• Experience with multi-module SaaS systems and data models; Ashby knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Customer-centric approach with strong engagement and communication.
• Advising customers on best practices to maximize value from software implementations.
• Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems in implementations.
• Excellent collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end implementation for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers.
• Own a book of ~15 active implementations lasting 4–8 weeks.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and execute implementation plans.
