Ashby is seeking an Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation for new customers, primarily in the Strategic Enterprise segment. Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple complex onboarding projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS org.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting and travel <10% as needed for strategic engagements.
• Strong understanding of complex configurable B2B SaaS products and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited value.
