OneDigital seeks an HR Client Executive to manage client engagements, drive new business, and oversee talent sourcing for our HR consulting and employee benefits offerings. You will build relationships with client executives to assess needs and design solutions that meet engagement goals.

The role requires strong HR leadership experience, PHR/SPHR certification preference, and proven ability to attract top talent while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years HR sales/networking a plus.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred and/or HR leadership experience.
• 10+ years HR management/executive experience; consulting background preferred.
• Experience in talent management, leadership development, and building high-performance teams.
• Experience in writing proposals and pricing opportunities is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage client engagements for HR consulting and OneDigital services.
• Build and maintain relationships with client executives; drive new business and revenue growth.
• Source and cultivate talent pipelines; collaborate with HR consultants.
• Oversee and manage compensation/benefits administration as needed.
• Ensure high-quality client service delivery and relationship management.
